How Kits Are Packaged
All our kits are professionally packed by Lysaght. This means top and bottom protection for the roof sheets, heavy plastic wrap for the gutter and flashings and everything securely strapped. Everything is consolidated very efficiently so it takes up minimal space when delivered.
Freight Considerations
All our deliveries are unloaded with a truck mounted crane, saving you time and effort and ensuring your safety. The only exception is the Townsville to Mount Isa run. As mentioned, deliveries are done by a truck, sometimes a body truck, but in many cases a semi-trailer. Because they are heavier and longer than a car, considerations should be made about access onto your property – Can the truck drive in and then drive out, is there enough turning space for the truck and trailer? If you are not sure, you can always send through photos of your driveway that Lysaght transport can look over.
What Customers Receive
You will receive every part you need to build your carport. This includes the posts, the frame, all the various flashings, the guttering and downpipe as well as all the connecting brackets and all the fasteners. With Excalibur Carports, you will also receive full engineering documentation that shows your carport has been designed specifically for your site.
